Who we are
TNG Tech, a company registered in Finland, is the data controller for this list. Contact: founder@tngtekno.com.
What we collect
When you join the list, we store your email address and the time you signed up. Nothing else from the form is stored with it.
Why, and on what basis
We use your email only to tell you when Snaptic early access opens. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the form. We don’t sell or share it, and we don’t use it for anything else.
Where it is stored
The list is stored in a database run by Cloudflare, which hosts this site and processes the data on our behalf under its data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than we need it to announce Snaptic early access.
Your rights
You can withdraw your consent, unsubscribe, or ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing founder@tngtekno.com. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.
